About Kristen Stockford:
After doing my own personal trauma work and realizing the profound impact it had on my life, I knew it was something I wanted to share with others. In addition to my own personal work, I have participated in continuing education with experts in the field of traumatic stress studies.

In my experience, addressing the trauma that shapes our core beliefs, is life-changing. It permeates into areas of our lives, that most of us are completely unconscious of, and it brings awareness to what drives our emotions, thoughts, and behaviours, which is incredibly empowering.

I am honoured to walk with you through this life-changing journey.

How did Living Authentically You begin?

the passion behind it all

After years of living by other people's ideas about what was right for me or the things that made me valuable as a person, I had the opportunity to do some deep work and increase my awareness around trauma and its impacts. That work ultimately changed my life as well as my career trajectory. It awoke in me a need to understand more about the things that make me tick, my own thought, and behaviour patterns (both those that nurtured my peace and those that took it away). This awareness is something I have received academically and experientially.

For me, it is the most meaningful work I can do, as healing not only impacts the person on their own journey but has a cascading effect on every life they touch; it is the gift that keeps on giving. I truly believe that as we continue to heal ourselves, we do our part in healing the world, one person at a time.

What to Expect in a Coaching Session

Coaching is a synergetic journey, where you uncover the solutions that work best with your own life, it is my privilege to get to walk alongside you through this journey of discovery.

Our first meeting will be an intake interview, where I can get a better understanding of your goals and desired outcomes from coaching.

Coaching sessions are booked for one-hour increments and a minimum of a 3 month commitment is suggested.
